In Dubai, projects answer to Dubai Municipality Local Order 61/91 for boundary noise and the Dubai Building Code 2021 for internal performance. Abu Dhabi sets a different bar, and the evidence a reviewing authority expects looks different again. Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah each apply their own interpretation on top.
